車(chē)輛租賃合同 lease agreement
甲方： party a: 乙方： party b:
本合同由 (以下簡(jiǎn)稱(chēng)甲方)同 (以下簡(jiǎn)稱(chēng)乙方)本著互惠互利、平等自愿的原則，共同協(xié)商簽署。
the party a and party b hereby mutually agree, party a rents the van of buick gl8 ( )which is owned by party b. the lease term commence from the 1st of may 9th to may 8th . the monthly rental of rmb13, 000 shall be paid by party a with the official tax invoice offered by party b.
經(jīng)甲乙雙方同意，甲方租用乙方和其所有權(quán)的buick gl8 轎車(chē)(第二輛，車(chē)號(hào)0220)。租用期自XX年5月9日起，至XX年5月8日止。租用期間甲方將在收到乙方提供的正式稅務(wù)發(fā)票之后按每月人民幣壹萬(wàn)叁仟元的租金支付給乙方。
during the lease term, both parties are pursuant to the terms and conditions of this agreement, as follows:
合同期內(nèi)，甲乙雙方認(rèn)真履行此合同所規(guī)定只責(zé)任，如下：
1. party a shall pay the rental before or on the 31st day of each month to party b;
甲方于每月31日前支付租車(chē)費(fèi)用給乙方;
2. part b’driver is working from each monday to friday: 8:00 am to 17:00 pm.
with a hour’s break at noon; party a shall notify party b in advance if party a needs to use the van on saturday or sunday and pay ot payment at 30 rmb per hour; holiday ot can be 40 rmb per hour. the overtime payment of the driver will be made upon party a’s confirmation with the tax invoice issued by party b in 30 days.
乙方的司機(jī)在合同期內(nèi)的工作時(shí)間為每周一至周五，早八點(diǎn)至晚五點(diǎn)中午午休一小時(shí);周六、周日用車(chē)提前與司機(jī)聯(lián)系。甲方根據(jù)甲方人員確認(rèn)的簽字以月為單位支付給司機(jī)30元/小時(shí)的加班費(fèi)，法定節(jié)假日加班費(fèi)為40元/小時(shí).乙方根據(jù)甲方確認(rèn)好的加班明細(xì)向甲方開(kāi)具正式發(fā)票，甲方在收到發(fā)票后30天內(nèi)付款;
3. party b shall keep the interior and exterior of the van are thoroughly cleaned and
ensure that it is in good working condition;
乙方要保持車(chē)輛內(nèi)外干凈、整潔，保持車(chē)輛的正常使用;
4. all the maintenance related to the van and the insurance fee and other tax shall be
borne by party b ;
乙方自行負(fù)擔(dān)有關(guān)車(chē)輛的維修保養(yǎng)及所有的保險(xiǎn)費(fèi)、養(yǎng)路費(fèi)、稅等; 5. the gasoline costs shall be borne by party a upon production of receipts;
甲方根據(jù)實(shí)際發(fā)生的燃油費(fèi)用，依據(jù)發(fā)票向乙方付費(fèi);
6. the toll fee and parking fee shall be borne by party a ;
過(guò)路費(fèi)及停車(chē)費(fèi)由甲方承擔(dān);
7. the van will be kept at the renter house in the off hours;
所租賃車(chē)輛可以在業(yè)余時(shí)間停放在租賃者家中;
8. party b shall be responsible for the personal medical insurance;
乙方有關(guān)的個(gè)人醫(yī)療及人身傷害費(fèi)用，甲方不予承擔(dān);
