合同貨款應(yīng)由買方通過賣方可接受的銀行，按合同總價(jià)開出以賣方為受益人的、無追索權(quán)、保兌、不可撤銷、可轉(zhuǎn)讓、可分批裝運(yùn)、可轉(zhuǎn)船的信用證支付。憑________即其期匯票在提示第10條所列裝運(yùn)單據(jù)時(shí)付款。該信用證最遲應(yīng)于裝運(yùn)期開始前________天開到賣方，而且在裝運(yùn)期結(jié)束后15天內(nèi)仍能在中國(guó)有效議付。
若買方未能履行上述義務(wù)，根據(jù)賣方的選擇，可終止本合同，或接受本合同的部分或全部，或就由此而發(fā)生的任何損失提出索賠。
