我原來還是挺滿意的，就按照各自模板發(fā)了兩天，期間還收到了一個(gè)詢盤，心里真的好滿足。過了一天被經(jīng)理找到辦公室進(jìn)行談話，他說我的郵件寫的很爛。首先字體不對，郵件字體一般是arial，10號顏色藍(lán)色或者黑色，而我是錯(cuò)誤的。然后就是格式，一般是分為3個(gè)部分，開頭的問候，中間內(nèi)容，再結(jié)尾部分的禮節(jié)性結(jié)尾，但我不完整。最后就是對于客戶的提問的回答沒有很到位，就會增加我的工作量，而且恢復(fù)沒有條理性，為了便于客戶獲取信息，我們要分點(diǎn)就行闡述。最后他給了我一個(gè)回信的格式：

在經(jīng)理的指點(diǎn)之后，我開始研究我自己的開發(fā)信怎么寫，最后我按照一些帖子上教的或者參考別人的，把我自己的開發(fā)信寫了出來。

3、搜客戶
有了開發(fā)信的模板之后，我就需要客戶發(fā)送郵件，因?yàn)槭堑谝淮谓佑|，所以經(jīng)理給了我10個(gè)展會的客戶，讓我試著去發(fā)郵件�？墒侵挥羞@10個(gè)完全不夠，所以接下來做的就是要自己去尋找客戶。怎么找？google。在google上有數(shù)以萬計(jì)的信息可以被你找到，關(guān)鍵就是你尋找的方法是否正確。這就涉及到關(guān)于信息檢索的知識，關(guān)于冒號，引號，還有加號減號的用法。因?yàn)橹翱催^一份關(guān)于這個(gè)的介紹，所以在運(yùn)用上倒沒遇到什么大的問題，關(guān)鍵是搜索區(qū)域太廣泛，關(guān)鍵字的選取。后來了解到了google有一個(gè)功能較google trends，只要輸入你的關(guān)鍵字就可以找到這個(gè)關(guān)鍵字在哪個(gè)地方，哪個(gè)城市，被哪種語言提到的頻率最高，由此你就可以在這個(gè)區(qū)域?qū)ふ�，縮小了搜索的范圍，可以減少你很多的麻煩。
當(dāng)然這個(gè)方式搜索客戶速度很慢，而且每天能搜到的數(shù)量有限。于是，過了幾天經(jīng)理又給了我們一個(gè)專門用于外貿(mào)搜索客戶的軟件，叫esaleassist.
這個(gè)軟件你只要輸入搜索的關(guān)鍵詞他就會自動幫你搜索相關(guān)的客戶。一開始真的覺得方便很多，可是用那些郵箱發(fā)開發(fā)信之后出現(xiàn)了問題，退信太多了。每天發(fā)100封開發(fā)信，就收到了將近20封的退信，這概率實(shí)在太高。后來聽說這個(gè)軟件還有一個(gè)輔助的軟件一起用才行，這才改善了這個(gè)情況。
